I loved the cool vibe as soon as I walked in - that seaside scent was so refreshing! The drink bar was a nice perk, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the cozy room. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a skip away from the train station and right across from a convenience store.
The whole experience had its downsides. The noise from nearby traffic was pretty distracting, and my bathroom heat didn’t work, making it chilly at night. I bumped into the cramped spaces a few times – they really need to rethink the layout a bit!

Hotel was quiet, greatly enjoyed our stay.
Our room was brand-new and beautiful with lovely decor, kitchen and coffee. Had a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom. We were in a favourable location relatively near Shinbayashi Park.

All in all room was spacious and brand-new; also provided a bidet. The people were really helpful, will exceed the expectations. That hotel was in a good location, near the train station. Cafe Hoshino Coffee Katase located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety to make it even better.

I spent Christmas at this cozy hotel, and it was a good experience! Being just a 2-minute walk to the train station made exploring local attractions super easy. The staff were really friendly, and I loved the little free drink perk every day. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfy vibe, perfect for unwinding after sightseeing.
On the flip side, I found the bathroom needed a deep clean—there was an unpleasant moldy smell. Plus, the windows weren't designed to open, which was a bit of a letdown. though, it was a pleasant stay!

Excellent base for 2 nights in Fujisawa
Exceptionally comfortable and quiet hotel. Marvelous location in Fujisawa, really close to supermarket and 24-hour convenience store. - Very impressed with a double room. - Very friendly and helpful staff, accommodating a late check-out request 10 days prior

The hotel was near a 24-hour convenient store, main tourist attractions, and the suburbs of Fujisawa. It was also near the station.
No complaints whatsoever, the venue met what we needed.

Stayed at this hotel over Easter and had a great time. The room was spacious and had a modern feel to it. Loved that the kitchen came fully equipped with a dishwasher, and loved the fact that there was a laundry room available for the guests. Location was also great, just a short walk away from a nearby convenience store and supermarket. One of the best things about the hotel was the all-you-can-drink service on the second floor, which we definitely took advantage of!
On the negative side, we encountered some difficulties with the language barrier. Although we had a little knowledge of the language, the staff didn't speak English which made things difficult.

It was very clean and equipped with extra amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, despite the language barrier. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Enoden train station and a 7-eleven, making transportation and food easily accessible.
